I must admit that I get too easily irritated by kids. I shouldn't have lost it just because some kid has discovered and new toy and can only express his excitement in a vernacular that irritates me.
Arg.
The good thing is that I listen to what everyone has to say on here, and I try to give the best service I can when I'm at work.
