just had a conversation about a card i was just left with incorrect time and date on it, tried to arrange a redelivery but it was hard work. He then forgot to hang up at the end of the conversation, he laid the phone on the counter and preceded to call me all the names under the sun, it was incredible.
what a horrible, spiteful person. They (sounded like between 3-5 people) went on to discuss various other customers they had in this morning, they came to a unanimous decision that tomorrow they would 'fuck up the post'. This was at 48 East Bank N16 5QB sorting office.
