i am 5 10, that seat height with the white bits has dropped a lot since the photo....
i like the feel of shorter bikes, the new one i wanna get is a little larger at 52.5, and think it's closer to perfect, i have no issues with this size though, it's comfy
so any smaller than 5' 10'' and you'd be fine
