  • Isn't that in a vacuum, in which case it wouldn't be coloured.

    edit: My understanding was that if something is coming towards you at close to the speed of light there is a visible shift in the colour spectrum... Red for an object moving towards you close to the speed of light and blue if it's moving away from you... I may have got the colours mixed up cuz I think red shift is for objects moving away from you... I think Professor Hubble discovered that... Physics fail indeed... ;]
