Red is fastest, as long as you don't have too many extraneous logos on your frame/forks... e.g. A seat tube decal can reduce your top speed by as much as 11%... This is a fact... For fork decals you can multiply this by about 50%.... Reynolds/Columbus decals don't seem to make much difference, they're quite small and usually gold which nullifies their drag quotient... I'd go for red, downtube decal, tube manufacturers decals FTMFW!!!
