sorry bit of a botch post as was too eager to get it up . causing confusion - so i' m going to say 350 posted - i'll get all pics, specs, and sprocket / ring sizes and everything together in a much more intelligable post later today
if no one's interested then i'll start sperate posts for the sperate components on their won terms later
