I wouldn't shop at any of these shops now, least of all to buy cycling gear, for reasons to do with the nature of their businesses but also because I think it's worth supporting the reputable cycling trade.
Also, buying quality in the first place always pays off in the longer run. I tend to go by the rule of spending more and enjoying it for longer. The cheap stuff will tide you over for a while, but even if it doesn't fail catastrophically, simply won't last for as long as good quality.
