cheap. look okay. no idea how they ride. spoke to the guy and he seemed okay. wouldnt go to halfords out of principle (its those ANNOYING adverts on Dave).
or you could go to recycling in elephany castle buy a dodge old road bike and convery it. very satisfying/ frustrating.
ps. your leg is the same size as my waist and im 5" taller than you. dunno who that reflects on worse
