Installing head badge

I want to install my old head badge. It was riveted on and I'd like to rivet it back.

Any tips on how to do this?

What type of rivets do I use? - Copper? What size?

I was thinking I could do it without a gun by putting the rivet through from the underside and then using a punch to flatten it?

Ebay has this gun + rivets - they are alu and I have no idea if they'll fit. Its only a fiver, but there seem to be an awful lot of things my bikes needed that are only a fiver... or a tenner... etc. and its adding up.

Glue it with plaster of anus.

I have used M2 Stainless mushroom head hex key screws.

Means that you will have to buy an M2 tap to thread the headtube.

Looks subtle when finifhed.

Have collected my frame from Rowe Lane. Next: must reattach head badge. If anyone inside the London limits, preferably east, is willing to act as a mentor for this, I want to learn how to properly rivet the things back on and would be very grateful for a tutorial. Or if someone is just offering this as a service and I could watch, that would be great. Cheers for reading...
