1. You're going to have to phone around, ask for a quote etc.
   
2. You're going to have to get it there
   
3. You're going to have to pay for the work
   
   

All of the above cost time and money.

Disclaimer: I don't know much about repairing bikes, and can't see exactly what the damage is.

Also what exactly are you after?

• a road frame for a bit with gears etc?
