Halesdown : I you riding fixed mate?
This directed at me?
If so, then yeah, I have been riding fixed on the track all season now, on a 1950's frame. Just yesterday though my dad ordered my a Dolan Precursa and so hopefully I will be a bit more competivive from now on.

Davey C at the Dunwich Dynamo. What an awesome ride! Definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about it next year. Especially finishing the ride with a spot of sea swimming at the end! Amazing!

+1 Helda. 2nd DunRun this year (admittedly both on road bikes) but it is brilliant. Already planning for next year! FNRttC useful as a warm up ride.

Oh I'm still around, wouldn't've been me n3lson saw though if it was in singlespeed mode. You can recognise my Bowery from the bullhorns, carbon fork and latest addition of a big radioactive sticker on the seat tube. I won't be riding around for the next few weeks though... I rode over a big patch of "water" on Friday that turned out to be oil, front wheel slipped out under me, I hit the ground and ended up breaking my wrist. And whilst I was sitting on the side of the road nursing my broken bones someone came past on a black Langster (singlespeed) and didn't even bother to stop to see if I was alright.

heal up soon! Harsh. Tip for the future, whenever you are force to go over something slippery make sure your bike is completely vertical. Luckily I have never crashed out on the road.
