Wanted: Cheap 24" Frontwheel

For my recently purchased moser lo-pro.

Still not sure whether it´ll fit me or not, so I need to get it built up, but I am lacking a 24" front wheel!!!

So, cheap as possible & shipping to Vienna necessary.

ah, sorrry metroid, I meant its a 24" wheel for tubular tyres.

Shimano Sante HB5000 hub (late '80s positioned between Dura Ace and 600/Ultegra, but I'm not great with that sort of detail)

Ah, tubular are the ones, where you glue the tyre to the rim, right?

Never had one of these before, seems like tubes are a PITA?

I´d prefer clincers, but if noone else offers something, I might take yours. How much is it?
