Train to Darsham. Bimble down to the beach in the morning. Ride to Hackney for 7pm. Ride to Dunwich with the crowds. Ride back to Hackney.

Oh, and two of our party just dropped the van off at the beach and had breakfast (which I feel is cheating somehow), and met a chap who's leaving his car there, riding back to London Fields, and then joining the rest of us for the Dynamo. Pure 531, etc.

We ran into him on the way out of the food stop. He was going very slowly, and clearly suffering, but he made it!
