  • Its a fair point Yorgo, but sometimes as a team we still want to play together even if there is only 2. dt and me have gone weeks before managing to get a throwin together and then its not really fair on the 3rd to just pas between us. But last night em played for us and me and dt for the most part attacked. Todd was nice enough to deputise for em at mitch so don't make him feel unwanted yorgo.
p.s i love it when your scored on and do this:

I'd say that last night, for me, was one of the best team nights I've been to.

Not because I seemed to play every single game but because playing in goal for BED gave me the chance to really pay attention to the way that they play whilst also working on my goal tending ability.

As Yorgo pointed out it would have been a very different game if Aidan was there, but my aim wasn't to replace him, it was to improve an area of my own game whilst allowing Dave and Brendan to play seriously with each other.

Provided there are two players from a regular team I don't see the issue with them taking a sub from somewhere else. The full throw in team seems a little redundent to me but then I'm bound to say that as I have a serious team to play with.

Moving to newington makes a lot of sense from a court/availability of light perspective.

One last thing, thanks for subbing for apples yesterday Todd. Always a pleasure playing polo with you.
