I'm sure you'll hate me for saying it, but those Raleigh cranks are worth pennies, not pounds. I should know - sold a set for literally a penny on eBay recently, and I'd polished those up good and proper. The chainring is fixed and being cottered, spare parts are hard to come by.

Maybe stick them on eBay and see what you get, but you'll need to price them more realistically.

Couldn't understand it myself - they're really nice cranks and would be good on a period build or a 3-speed. The chrome polishes up nicely with some WD-40 and steel wool and the Raleigh logo chainring is a nice touch too, but I think it's just the faff of cottered cranks that's the problem.
