It says it's Reynolds tubing but that is a repainted Lemond Fillmore (even with all the original parts) Cro-mo steel FTW.

Don't think the forks are original.

I emailed the guy asking why he was passing off a fillmore as a custom reynolds steel strack frame.

"Hello, it is not a Fillmore, and it is reynolds steel as I picked the
tubing myself, if you do not like, then do not buy. Good day."

If he's going to lie, he could at least take some of the original parts off of the bike.

To be fair you would think he would put in the specific tubing number, i.e 653 or 531 if he picked it out himself, and I just noticed the bottle bosses which a fillmore has but god knows why he would of got them for this bike if he 'picked the tubing'.
