Info on Raleigh Record Sprint frame

ive got a xlarge raleigh record ace with 531 tubing. good nic, stripped down and cleaned (although have all the original parts still kicking around). Just got it but tempted to pass it on (having spend all weekend it on) as told its not too suitable for fixed gear (vertical dropouts).

am i being lied to or should i sell it? anyone fancy it? wasnt that cheap...

Got any pics of it ? Vertical dropouts are usable for fixed if you have a wheel with an ENO hub. Which I have.
