Well yes it is an ebay thread, but with item we can readily purchase and received, the japanese one, as far as I can tell, seemed quite hard, with a likehood of a large custom charge slapped on it.

sure, its hard, but not impossible. Not every single person will go for it, but if someone does absolutely fall in love they have a possiblity.
Just also reminding people to search outside the box, keirin frames are japanese so what gets exported is what didn't sell back in japan.
