BTW, as I never said a proper hello when I joined... Hello, I'm Tim. Live in Greenwich with Princess_Pashley, we ride sometimes but we have too much other crap going on to make it a serious hobby. It's a means of transport for us, which happens to be good exercise and great fun. So when it all starts to get too serious, we start to head for the pub. ;-)
Her ladyship has (as her name suggests) a Pashley Princess. It's not fixed, or single speed though, but I'm trying to work on her. I had an old Raleigh racer running single (but at stupidly high gear-inches) which died recently, so I bought a Charge Plug to replace it, which is chewing the streets up right now and in due course, I'll start building up a project-bike, to learn more about the mechanics of cycling.
