UPDATE: just fitted a brand new super smooth sealed cartridge Shimano 105 Alloy headset. The old one was too rough for my liking and I'd prefer the bike to be totally cool for whoever buys it. So, there you go. Pics show bike brakeless with drops to get an idea of the lines. It looks awesome.
