pedals to Jim. Yes they are fine to use. I'd have to ask catboy if he needs the 11t cog. You see it's on the end of the spacers and usable cog to make sure the shimano lockring stays on! Without it, there is the risk that the lockring slips over the spacer rings.

The Cog was a whim anyway, not important! Happy with just the pedals.
