No I cannot really justify this, but of the two if they were identical bicycles I'd pick (a) due to the more pleasant shade of green.

I prefer 'B'. I one had a Carlton Capella sprayed in the ice green of 'A' and i soon got tired of the colour. Jus my humble opinion..

I think you could pull off purple rims with a green bike, but not deep section rims yak! A really low square section.
