The illustrator file needs to be made screen ready [i.e. anything that is printed white on the t-shirt should be black on the artwork]

you've drawn it in white and loads of the paths are strokes not fills so you can't just 'flip' the colours - it would be aces if you can get it done as it's a sweet design

Can you not simply outline all the strokes (making them fills) ?
