Montane Velo for summer showers - works briliiantly although against bare skin your arms do get wet, so best to pack skin arms as well to allow it to woick correctly.
For winter I have a Gill Prospeed, also excellent.
Both of these are as minimal as you can get, no pockets, just a zip up the front and loads of reflective tape.
The Montane top will need to be re-proofed every few months if you wear it regularly.
