place a cat on the stain. turn around 3 times and slap yourself in the face, when the cat leaves the stain will be gone

i think there is a spray you can get to put over grease marks, which you can then paint over and it stops the grease coming through. sure i saw some in travis perkins....
Stain block but a drop of oil based undercoat will do the same trick cheaper.

You'll run into trouble if it's emulsion, as you'll re-emulsify and the paint will come off / mix with the grease. If it's vinyl, you should be ok with some of the serious suggestions... It's probably emulsion, though.
So why don't you paint over it, as suggested? I would guess it's "magnolia" - all landlords love the stuff.
PS I have the same problem with tyres when I lean bikes against walls.
Magnolia tyres? Pics please!

@Dov £10 you're on!
@SpagBol retarded, have you met Pengy?
@sonicboom... what are you... Guile?... drink some water dude!
I can't paint over as it's some weird eggshell colour (magnolia I wish!) which wouldn't then match. Citrus it is!

Knock the wall through, build a conservatory. Then say it was like that when you found it.
Failing that, burn the house to the ground. Give same excuse. -

Expand the grease stain to cover the entire wall, evenly. landlord will never notice.
Where do you live, we can have a greaseing party?
I'll bring the midgets.

Where's greasy slag when you need him?

No you silly boy it won't.
Seriarse though all degreasers contain citrus juice in some form or another. Try squeezing the clear juice from an orange and a lemon and washing the wall with it. £10 says it works.
Dov you're on, though if I beat you to the ship tomorrow for wests we're even.... deal?
