Barmy Army & Tackhead are the same band, along with the Maffia, Fats Comet blah blah blah. If you listen to the middle bit of that link, after the cheesy pianoey bit it goes all early 90s hardcore-lite, that was the bit they used I'm sure of it. May well have been a Barmy Army tune, I never bought any of those.
