wrong! 1% that is the sugino crank (set? not the chainring most likely as this is unipack style skimping), spokes are same noodles as before but the 24 count of them and a cartridge BB to reduce the inshop refund requests. so now rather then falling apart or bend during the first 50mi it may last 75 mi. bargain, innit?
