forgive me for asking but does the seatpost have the correct amount inserted?
i always thought those supertypes were quite short.

Cheers, shame about my dodgy photography though.

That sounds far too close to me?!
Althought the welded joints around the seat tube probably make it the strongest part.
Beautiful bike tho

I'm confused. I thought the max height line was the safe limit.
-
• #20
I suppose it must be, unless the seatpost had been cut down.

That is one crisp bike.

For sale is this lovely GT Pulse.
60cm frame. I'm 6'3" ish and I have the saddle quite high.
I've had it built up for less than a month now, it is an amazing ride; aggressive yet still comfortable. I love it but it is surplus to requirements and is standing in the way of me getting my new road bike.
The frame was NOS when I bought it and is in very good condition, however the paint job is not the best quality and where I have removed the down tube decals some paint has peeled off. The build is a high spec all components are 5 months old or newer and unless stated in excellent condition:
Mavic Open Pro wheels with Goldtech hubs. 32H front with 36H rear. Rear hub is fixed/fixed with a 17T profile sprocket and a 16T dura ace sprocket
Phil Wood BB
Sugino 75 crankset with 46T chainring (very good condition, superficial rubbing marks on crank arms)
KMC Chain
Miche Supertype seat post (second hand when I bought it so not sure of age but still excellent condition)
Fizik Arione saddle (good condition, some wear due to mounting but no affect on performance)
Chris King headset (excellent condition)
Alpina 1" forks (bought new less than a month ago)
Thomson BMX stem
Nitto bull horn bars
Can Creek carbon TT lever
Shimano Ultegra front caliper brake (excellent condition but will need new pads soon)
23mm Gatorskins (one month old)
I'm using it with Look KEO pedals which wont come with the bike.
If your interested PM me your best offer.
I'll deliver to anywhere in London or post for whatever it costs to post.
If you want to see the bike I'll gladly ride out to meet you anywhere in London.
