I'm bidding on these ski poles...

Just received a set of poles from a ebay shop that were advertised as 7075 alloy, but are actually labelled as 5086 Alloy, is there actually much in it in terms of strength and weight between the 2 varieties? (the wikipedia entries don't enlighten me much) Does anyone have personal experience of the differences?
Almost every 7075 pole I've ever bought has turned out to be 5086.

There's a massive amount of difference in quality but you can still use the 5086.
