I paid for the Eurosport stream yesterday and got a "Your subscription is over" error message on login, which is helpfully mentioned on their customer support form as a "is this your problem?" option. And now I just have to f*cking wait for a response. Aghhh.
I've opened a Paypal dispute to see if that gets me to the top of the list for a response.
