I think you're a numpty newbie if you're asking uneducated questions, and you're a grumpy oldie if you feel you know so much that you no longer can bring yourself to be in the same environment as the newbies and no longer even try and let others who possess patience and understanding help the newbies before wading in with rudeness.
Everyone in-between is decent and cool.
