Planning new wheel build, how many spokes?

the ideal is 28. lace both front and back radially. don't use brass nipples, they suck. and if you like to roll brakeless, loosen the spokes at the back off a little bit, it gives you better skidding power.

reading that was making me nervous. stating the obvious here but that sounds fucking horrific.
