I recently bought this and it turns out it really is a small, it may be of use to someone very small or a child. Lovely jersey though and it has only the slightest signs of use.

SIZE LABEL: 152

CHEST (Armpit to Armpit): 16 inches

LENGTH (Bottom of collar to hem): 23 inches

yup :) there really 'great' jerseys, if you get a .01 of a degree of of 40C it might run. . . but tbf £5 for wearing a jersey a few times isnt too bad :)
