Bah.
Been stoked about this ride for months, to the point of ignoring knackered knee. It let itself be known 35 miles in and I realised I had a long way to go. About turn, one fucking lonely ride back to the City (Epping Forest is no fun on when it's just you and the boy racer massive). Much navigational woes followed, sleeping in St Pancras and back in Bedford for 7.
Great vibe, nice to meet some of you guys. Cyclefit and physio to follow.....
