Slack journalism at it's anti cyclist best, from thelondonpaper yesterday:

You what, cyclists do not just fall under lorrys!
In the same article, they later write "the driver has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving"
So which one is it then? She fell, or was killed by dangerous driving?
