hmmm can you email them from a different address in a couple of weeks time and try to get another one or do you have to send the old saddle back? ;o))

They're replacing it!
I sent a photo of the cracked saddle and they've already dispatched a replacment by UPS! At this rate it should be here in time for the Dynamo.
While giving my bike a once-over I noticed that my saddle was cracked almost in half. The crack started at the slots in the "wing flex" and stretched across the saddle.
I've had the saddle for over a year and thought it wouldn't be covered by any form of warranty but thought I'd fire an email off to fizik on the off-chance that they'd send me a new one.
Fair play to them, they've already responded asking for photos and have asked for my adddress for a replacement!
Fingers crossed for a new saddle (sadly not in time for the dynamo)
