Depends what you consider decent.... I built myself a versatile, solid, (albeit a bit heavy) fixed gear for just over £200 with some ebay scouring.
I would suggest that you build your own Chris... it will work out about the same price probably but you get to spec all the bits yourself (custom colour scheme :D) and you learn alot doing it, it also helps with maintainance etc too if you know how it all goes together.
For me though the main reason was the feeling of it being mine... its kinda sad i know but its a warm feeling to know that I saved an old english frame and have given it another life, but mayby thats just me.
