Cyclist involved in an incident in borough?

This would have been yesterday afternoon.

Confusingly there also seems to have been another cyclist down on Borough High Street this morning, where an ambulance was in attendance.

Yeah I saw the other cyclist, male, bike under a small van, being stretchered away, he was smiling though. So probably alright... or high on morphine? was at about 8.20am.

Assume the other was later.

This has been posted all over, but I still haven't found anything else on it. If it's a fatality, we will hear about it.

Sorry to hear about this. I hope the people involved are ok. I hardly do that stretch but did it yesterday and I have to say people ride like idiots along there. I'm not saying that that's the case here but I feared for a lot of the cyclists along there.

smiling because he was getting out of going to work for a couple of days maybe?

I was wondering if he was smiling because he knew the van drivers insurance would be buying him a brand new bike?

Today was obviously a bad day to be on the road, this morning I caught up to a white van about ten minutes after it had tried to run me over in wimbledon to see it had tried to do a similar thing to another van. Both vehicles looked fucked, police were handcuffing the twat driver. Karma.
