cheers, I'm going to raid As Nature Intended in Balham, they have amazing stuff there. i tried the "energy bomb" on the Cambridge ride and it kept me going despite the fact that it looked like elephant pooh and it tasted ok. I also need to eat lots so not looking forward to carrying all the stuff.
The drink I mentioned to you is VitaCoco (coco water). I also need something to keep me awake.
