I think Shane Sutton said they were going to do their own in-house bike design same as the track bikes so maybe CB branding?
He has that Elite range of frames that is nothing to do with Halfords but designed by the guy who does the track bikes.
edit the TT frame is available now but they are testing an aero road frame
The Halfords frames are apparantly done by Merida who also make Specialized stuff and tonnes of others.
