    for other people at the entry/intermediate level of racing, it's also a good idea to talk to your club coaches (if you're in a club) or the coaches at your track's training sessions, they can often impart some useful advice.

    The problem with listening to too many people is that you'll get conflicting advice, too many coaches will advise what worked for* them *and what *they *did in races and training, not what YOU should be doing for your goals and the best way for YOU to achieve them.
