That is top quality British planning and building for you. Would a gazebo do part of the job? The toilet situation could cause an issue. The other alternative is to see if The Meadows community centre at the Arbury MUGA would let us use their facilities and we just move the venue to the north of the city.
No, I think we already decided to have it at Trumpington so be it. Closer from the station etc.
Whats wrong with bushes?

I can print and laminate more posters/spoke cards if they are needed. Eddie, is it the same file you sent me before or do you have a better resolution image?
Also, does anyone have room for 5 people? Harvey said he might have some. I'm having all of Manchester stay over but the Newcastle guys still need somewhere.

Awesome. A police truck, I presume. You'd think they'd lock them up a little better.
There are no more entries to the Tournament and we now have 22 teams. I'm knocking up the brackets right now and it's going to be a great, constant day of polo action.
Will is going to contact me this week and we are going to head down to the court to measure things up and figure out how to arrange things getting there, getting set up etc.

Do you want my sister to make some cakes?
She normally charges about £5 a cake, but i can persuade her to do them free,
normally she does a lemon tray cake thing, ginger cake, victoria sponge & chocolate cake =)
