Madison are just sitting with old stock but i can't really see this being the case as the low flange hubs aren't njs approved and i dont imagine Shimano would want to leave that market behind.

Low-flange DA hubs are NJS but they must be 36h. I have one up front of one of my bikes.
Madison used to have a problem with not being able to get high-flange fronts, don't know whether this is still the case. They could get h-f flip-flop rears though.
I bought a high-flange set for around 120 from Japan off Ebay last year.
