Madison are the importer/distro for all Shimano stuff and the 7600 high flange hubs are available from them in 36 hole.
I got a rear last week. Now built to a Mavic OpenPro CD. Lovely wheel, easiest build iv had in a while and very smooth.
The Shimano website stuff has the DA track stuff seperated from the road stuff as opposed to tacked onto the same groupo but they only have details of the more modern low flange hubs so it is possible that the 7600 hubs are now outdated and Madison are just sitting with old stock but i can't really see this being the case as the low flange hubs aren't njs approved and i dont imagine Shimano would want to leave that market behind.
So any lbs with a madison account (pretty much every single bikeshop will have one as they all need to deal with Shimano parts) should be able to order them for you.
