Not sure you can blame the sun really. People were driving like fucking idiots all winter too.
I hope the rider is ok, but the presence of a blue tent suggests otherwise :(
I'm not sure what the solution is to these accidents but something needs to be done soon as they are going to become more frequent with an increase in cycling numbers
