The stem doesn't go any further into the steerer tube?
For the saddle position (low), the stem is quite long and positioned high.
Is this on purpose ?
If she likes the position, leave it as it is. But it's a bit out of proportions IMO.
Also, it seems that there is not a big difference between in inner and the outer ring...
Original AX bottle cage? Do you also have an original AX bottle ?
I think you will find the original BL hoods.
Keep looking for spare brake blocks, too, because these are very rare.
