Huh, I don't remember Holdsworth having threadless fork since they closed up shop in the 70's, if the frame is indeed an original Holdsworths, then the fork are defintely aren't.
Netherless if you want a quill stem, you'd need to get the fork threaded, a new threaded headset, and of course, a quill stem.
or alternatively, find a classic looking stem, (like a Nitto stem for instance) and use them in your existing setup.
