C'mon John, even I'm doing this one!

I'm wondering where fiddy is, I would have felt for his hip but 160 miles last weekend and this little jaunt will be a walk in the park..

I shall be training it back as soon as possible, anyone else doing that too?

Will - I'll be jumping pretty much straight onto a train back (post recovery fry-up probably).
