• The Euros are getting closer to date and we need your help!

We need someone to co-ordinate all the volunteers. It needs to be one person who is willing to be the main contact whilst we recruit volunteers.

We’ll give you a timetable with all the jobs on it, you help us find the people who are willing to commit a few hours to a good cause and make sure they’re there on the day and know what they’re doing. Easy!

Anyone feel they’re good at co-ordinating people and want to take this role? PM me! We need this help now!

OR if you just want to volunteer your services for helping out at the Euros, stick your name on a list here and we’ll be in touch!

Just a quick note, this is not for referee volunteers. For ref's go here

So you know, here's some of the things that you'll be doing as a volunteer:

    Friday night;
    Court build and site Set-up
Help make up the player packs
Runner! Doing all the emergency errands / pick-ups (pref. with own car?)
    Player Registration & Information point

    Sat/Sun:
    Player Registration & Information point
    Selling merchandise
Bike lock-up (secure space for bikes at event)
Marshall (general help on site / crowd control)
Runner! Doing all the emergency errands / pick-ups (pref. with own car?)

    Sunday evening:
Court break down and site clearing

    Monday morning:
A little bit of site clearing
Driver for van to take everything else away

If you can be around for the whole weekend, that would be amazing. We need as much continuity as possible. If you can commit to one of the 4 hour slots on any days, that is also a great help. We hope to be able to reimburse you with some goodies and you get to help make the best polo event in Europe happen!
