Hidden Nipples

Got an old Zonda wheel kicking around, it's a rear wheel and want to build it up as a front. Problem is... it has concealed nipples, anyone know how to remove them? Tried using a screw driver, but the spoke doesn't allow to screw driver to fit into the nipple head.
Never come across them before, any help much appreciated.

Some Campag 'hidden spokes' need to be adjusted with a thin-walled 5mm hex driver. You can get them cheapish on eBay or like whatever, guy.

just cut the spokes. hidden nipples are a mega mega pain to true. there are two types, one with the nipple the normal way round eg FIR; and ones upside down eg corima carbon

I do not agree with dogsballs... Campag uses 5mm hex, (or 5.5, not really to sure about that).

I trued up my Shamal front just fine after I had to fix a couple of spokes that got bent. And btw, how would you convert the rim to use non-hidden nipples?

edit: I recommend bringing the wheel to a toolshop and find something that'll fit... thats what I did :)

I built up a couple of carbon wheels a few weeks back with deep section rims. They had bladed spokes and alloy nipples. The nipples were hidden or internal which were basically upside down. I used an internal nipple wrench or driver. It has two hexagonal and one square driver and was fairly easy to use. It was my first time using this tool and a bit scary using top end components plus the guy watching me while I did it.

The only thing you have to remember is that it's "the right way" round when you turn it rather than the other way when you use normal nipples. Hope that makes sense.

i meant building from scratch. as you don't have a guide with threads etc. truing is easy.
